Here is a recipe for an original pumpkin and laughing cow pie with gomasio.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 5g butter
- 1 pumpkin (500 g)
- 70 g laughing cow
- 50 g of bush
- 1 egg
- 15 cl of milk
- 60 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of cooked chestnuts
- 1 C. tablespoon of gomasio
- Salt, freshly ground pepper.
Place the dough in a buttered pie pan. Prick with a fork and place in the refrigerator.
Cut, peel and steam the pumpkin for 15 min. Take the flesh, place it in a saucepan and evaporate as much liquid as possible by heating over low heat for 5 min.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (th. 6/7).
Mix the laughing cow and the bush. Add the egg and milk, then the flour. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the flesh of the pumpkin into cubes. Crush the cooked chestnuts.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, arrange the mixture of bush and laughing cow. Sprinkle with pumpkin and crushed chestnuts.
Bake and cook for about 40 minutes until the pie turns brown.
When ready to serve, arrange the gomasio.
