Here is a delicious slimming recipe made with chicken, millet and cottage cheese worthy of a chef's meal!
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 200 g of millet
- 2 individual sachets of steamed vegetables (peas, broccoli, etc.)
- 4 cutlets chicken
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. of sunflower oil
- 15g butter
- 1 tbsp. tbsp cane sugar
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
For the sauce:
- 200 g of white cheese 0% M.G.
- 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
Recipe for thinly sliced chicken, cottage cheese sauce
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the millet for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain it and set it aside.
Cook the vegetables in the microwave.
Slice the chicken breasts, place them in a dish, sprinkle with turmeric and pour in the lemon juice. Let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
In a pan,
- Pour in the oil and butter, cook the chicken.
- At the end of cooking, add the cane sugar and leave to caramelize lightly.
- Season.
For the sauce:
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix.
- In bowls, arrange the millet, vegetables, chicken and sauce. Enjoy hot or cold.
