Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 4 apples (Reinettes d´Armorique or Boskoop)
- 40 g semi-salted butter
- 8 tbsp. orange marmalade
- 1 glass of water

Baked apples with orange marmalade
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6).
- Wash the apples, do not peel them. Remove the central part.
Prick them with the tip of a knife to prevent the skin from breaking out during cooking.
Place them in a baking dish and place in each one a piece of semi-salted butter (about 10 g) and 2 teaspoons of orange marmalade.
-Pour the water in the bottom of the dish, place in the oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes. The apples then all become "wrinkled" and are very tender to taste.
- You can serve these baked apples with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
